- Home: Main residence of Martin Geraghty and Rusti Porter, along with their 2 dogs – Sally, a Great Pyrenees, and Brutus, a Malamute/ Husky mix
- B&B/ Vacation Rental: Through Airb&b, the Geraghtys rent their entire home to families and groups of friends from around the world up to 12 times year. They also love to host individuals and couples year round
- Farm: The farm produces olives (which are used in the production of olive oil); lavender, walnuts, and a variety of fruit (including apples, peaches, pears, figs and more). There are also 13 sheep (and counting!) on the property that are used for property maintenance. The couple plan on expanding the farm to include chickens/ eggs, more lavender, wool, and grapes for the production of wine in the near future
- Boutique Influencer Event Space: We host a few intimate retreats and seminars per year for influencers in lifestyle, food & beverage, and the health & wellness industries – from yoga, design, cocktail and executive retreats, The Wolf & Horeshoe is a great spot for intimate and inspirational get-aways
